401(k) Plan
Employees can make pre-tax and after-tax contributions to our 401(k) Plan. Zebra matches 100% of the first 2% contributed and 50% of the next 4% contributed. Company matching contributions are immediately vested.
Zebra also matches student loan payments with company match 401(k) contributions for eligible employees through the Student Loan Retirement Match (SLRM) benefit.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Employees can purchase Zebra stock at a 5% discount. There are quarterly opportunities to purchase Zebra stock each year.
Financial Wellbeing – Income Protection
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
Zebra provides company-paid short-term and long-term disability benefits. Short-term disability replaces 100% of base salary for up to 6 weeks and 60% of base salary for an additional 20 weeks. Long-term disability benefits begin after 26 weeks and replace 60% of base salary.
Company-Paid Life and AD&D Insurance
Zebra provides company-paid Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance equal to 1.5 times annual salary. Zebra also provides company-paid Dependent Life Insurance in the amount of $5,000 for a spouse/domestic partner and $1,000 for each child.

- Voluntary Life and AD&D – Coverage for employees, spouses/domestic partners, and children
- Whole Life Insurance – Permanent life insurance that stays with employees through job changes and retirement

- Critical Illness Insurance – Pays a cash benefit if covered employees or family members are diagnosed with a serious illness
